Mustafa Aqeel holds a Master’s degree in BS Plant Sciences from the University of Karachi and a B.Ed from AIOU. Joining GRACE Public School & College as a subject specialist in 2017, he quickly advanced to Principal in 2018. Now serving as Principal and Secretary School Board at GPSC Skardu, Mustafa has demonstrated visionary leadership and administrative excellence over five years. His expertise in curriculum development integrates global citizenship and 21st-century skills with project-based learning and formative assessments, ensuring equitable access to quality education. Passionate about fostering inclusive, multicultural environments, he collaborates effectively with teachers, parents, community partners, and the Board of Governors. His proactive leadership has established a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Under his guidance, GPSC embraces restorative discipline and personalized support, empowering every student to excel academically and personally. Mustafa’s strategic planning and transparent budget management consistently drive outstanding academic excellence and holistic student growth.
