1. Khadim Hussain
Khadim Hussain is a transformative educational leader, economist, and lifelong advocate for inclusive education. A polio survivor who began his schooling in a wheelbarrow, he has become a voice for marginalized children in Pakistan. With a Master’s in Economics from Punjab University and advanced certifications from Aga Khan University, Brookings Institution, World Bank Institute, and Childhood Education International, he brings a unique blend of grassroots insight and global expertise. As an Echidna Global Scholar and Google-certified Project Management Professional, Khadim co-founded GRACE Public School to ensure inclusive, quality education—especially for girls—in Skardu. On the Board of Governors, he provides visionary leadership in policy development, staff performance evaluation, financial oversight, and community engagement. His efforts help ensure student-centered outcomes, disability inclusion, and equitable facilities. Khadim is also co-founder of LAAGA, a global network advancing girls' agency through and in education.

Dr. Muhammad Raza is a distinguished physicist and academic at Karakoram International University (KIU), specializing in Atmospheric, Environmental, and Radiation Physics. Holding a PhD under Italy’s prestigious SEED scholarship, an MPhil from Karachi University, and a Gold Medal in MSc Physics from FUUST, Dr. Raza is an accomplished researcher with global recognition. He serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for international scientific journals and regularly trains educators at national and international levels. Beyond academia, he has held key administrative roles, including Warden of KIU’s Boys Hostel. Since 2011, Dr. Raza has been a dedicated member of the GRACE Public School Management team and later he joined the Board of Governors. He actively contributes to the school’s academic improvement, strategic planning, and progress evaluation. His deep commitment to inclusive and quality education, paired with his mentorship and scientific expertise, continues to inspire students, teachers, and fellow board members across the region.

Wazir Shamshad is a distinguished educator, Fulbright Scholar, and community leader dedicated to advancing youth education in Gilgit-Baltistan. Serving as Deputy Director of Administration at the University of Baltistan and a Director of GRACE Association Pakistan, he brings global insight and grassroots commitment to educational development. As the founding President of the Pak-US Alumni Network (Gilgit-Baltistan Chapter), he has championed mentorship and scholarship access for students across the region. Shamshad also leads the GRACE English Access Program, empowering disadvantaged youth with academic and life skills. With academic credentials in business administration and hospitality management and extensive international experience, he contributes strategic leadership and innovation to the GPSC Board of Governors. Passionate about civic engagement and inclusive learning, his dynamic role continues to shape creative, student-centered educational environments.

4. Muhammad Qasim
Muhammad Qasim is a distinguished sociologist, educator, and community leader with over two decades of experience in social development and educational programming. Holding a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Jamshoro, Sindh, and a Bachelor of Education from Karakoram International University, Gilgit, he blends academic insight with grassroots expertise. As a dedicated Board Member of GRACE Public School & College Skardu, Qasim plays a key role in advancing inclusive education and youth empowerment initiatives. His hands-on supervision of community engagement and on-ground activities reflects his deep commitment to equitable access to education. With strong ties to local communities and a profound understanding of cultural dynamics, he actively promotes gender equality and social inclusion. Qasim’s vision, leadership, and committed services continue to inspire transformative change across Gilgit-Baltistan.
