1. Khadim Hussain

Khadim Hussain is a transformative educational leader and a distinguished Member of the GPSC Board of Governors. Over 25 years, he has championed academic excellence and community engagement by founding community-based schools and implementing innovative educational programs, including E-STEAM initiatives and the GRACE English Access Program through partnerships building and networking, he has contributed to empowering thousands of economically disadvantaged adolescents in Gilgit-Baltistan. Overcoming personal challenges, Khadim Hussain’s journey from battling polio and societal stigma to earning an Economics degree from Punjab University, Lahore, and numerous certifications from prestigious institutions like Aga Khan University, the World Bank, Brookings Institution, Childhood Education International underscores his resilience and commitment. His global perspective is enhanced by international training and leadership fellowships, and his work with alliances like the Learning and Action Alliance for Girl Agency (LAAGA) has assisted promote inclusive education globally. As CEO of GRACE Association Pakistan, his services resulting in grassroots community empowerment to create a prosperous and peaceful society for all.

2. Dr Muhammad Raza

GPSC Board of Governors (BoG) is a dedicated body acting on behalf of all stakeholders, ensuring the school’s excellence and adherence to its strategic vision. Our BoG emphasizes strategic leadership, compliance with legal and policy standards, and the overall performance of the school. With clear policies delineating the roles and responsibilities of both the Board and the Principal, our leadership team operates with clarity and purpose.

The Board, comprised of the four members serving for academic improvement, and the Principal, serves to guide the school’s strategic direction, financial management, and compliance. Meeting quarterly, the BoG evaluates progress, addresses issues, and annually plans for the school’s development. Our commitment is to represent the school positively, manage resources effectively, and ensure the best outcomes for our students and staff.

3. Wazir Shamshad Hussain

Shamshad Hussain is a distinguished academic, educator, and community leader committed to advancing educational opportunities for youth in Gilgit-Baltistan. As a Fulbright Scholar and Faculty Member at the University of Baltistan, he brings global perspective and expertise to his role on the school board. He serves on the GPSC Board of Governors and as a Director for GRACE Association Pakistan, demonstrating a deep commitment to community service and youth empowerment. As the inaugural President of the Pak-US-Alumni Network, Gilgit Baltistan Chapter, Shamshad has successfully facilitated scholarship opportunities and mentorship for students. He also manages the GRACE English Access Program, enhancing academic and life skills for disadvantaged youth. With academic credentials in business administration and hospitality management, and extensive international experience, he contributes strategic insight and innovation. Passionate about cultural understanding and civic engagement, Shamshad is dedicated to nurturing creative, forward-thinking educational environments. His dynamic leadership, academic rigor, and firm commitment inspire community progress and empowerment at the grassroots level.

4. Muhammad Qasim

Muhammad Qasim is a distinguished GPSC Board Member, dedicated sociologist, and passionate educator with extensive experience in social development and educational programming. As an active member of the GRACE Association Board of Directors, he consistently champions progressive initiatives, fostering inclusive development across economically underserved communities. Qasim’s hands-on approach as a community service provider, youth organizer, and supervisor of on-ground activities at GRACE Public School & College Skardu has made him a trusted advocate in his community. His strong relationships with local community and deep understanding of cultural barriers to gender equality empower him to promote equal participation and social progress. With a master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Jamshoro, Sindh, and a Bachelor of Education from Karakoram International University, Gilgit, Qasim combines academic issues with practical expertise. His dedicated service and strategic insights continually drive community empowerment, educational innovation, and sustainable social change. His vision inspires progress.
